Father explains how CRT defines categories of people by race

This father delivers a speech from the point of view of Critical Race Theory. He explains that the theory defines categories of people, identifying you according to your race, gender, etc. This definition then tells you that you as an individual do not have an individual identity and that your identity is determined by what group you are a part of. He continues to explain that according to what group you belong you are then allocated a status of value that determines whether you are the oppressor or the oppressed or whether you can have a voice or not. He asks the board “that if the theory decides what group you are in and determines whether you have a voice or not or whether you have value” is that racism?

He concludes by saying that this is nothing but textbook racism and that it blows his mind that people are falling for such ways of thinking.
